SEASON #1 NYC - NYC CENTRAL PARK TO FLUSHING, , NY ROBERT & BRENNAN

Since, this the FIRST SEASON I will not comment too much on the players. It is STILL a good season.  It been about 14 yrs. now.  I wonder how the team changed.

PLAYERS (11)
1.  FRANK & MARGUERITE -  separated. From NYC.  Frank is a little bully but she isn't..(black)  She is intelligent of the team.
2.  PAUL & AMY - engaged couple.  Got lost in the desert.  Didn't finished that lap.  Now marry.  Cried lot.
3.  KIM & LESLIE - friends. from Texas. Not very friendly, stole cab from Amy/Paul. Didn't see clue box in Paris.
4.  LENNY & KAREN - dating. She was bossy that they broke up after the race.(black)
5.  DAVE & MARGARETA -marry.
6.  MATT & ANNA - marry.  FIRST TEAM ELIMINATED.
7.  JOE & BILL - gay couple. TEAM GUIDO.  name after their dog.
8.  PATRICIA & BRENDA - working mom.
9.  ROBERT & BRENNAN - lawyers from CA.  THE WINNERS
10.  NANCY & EMILY - mother & daughter.
11.  DREW & KEVIN - Frat. Brothers from NYC.

ARRIVED BY:  Coach bus to Central Park in NYC.

COUNTRIES:  Namibia, France, Tunisia, Sahara Desert, India, Singapore, Thailand, China, Scotty Lake ,Alaska ,then back to Flemish Park, NY



ELIMINATED:  Matt & Anna(got lost from the village), Kim & Leslie, Pat & Brennan (didn't know there was 2 pendulum in Paris), Dave& Margarita, Paul & Amy (got in the desert), Lenny & Karen, Emily & Nancy (didn't finish a lap), Drew & Kevin (language barrier in China with cap driver).

                                                          SUMMARY
1.  During the night in Paris Pat should research where she was going - she had the time to do.
2.  Amy shouldn't let things  upset so much.  CHILL OUT.
3.  EMILY/NANCY  should not quit a challenge never know what another team might do.
4.  Kevin & Drew fraternity:  delta gamma chi
5.  Emily sorority:  alpha chi omega.
6.  Phil is not at the pit stop until last team arrived.
7.  The Season Criers:  Emily & Amie.
8.  Teams do not read clues.
9. During Pit Stop you can research some but do not tired yourself out.
10.  Plan ahead on taxis.
11.  DON'T GIVE -UP!

12.  Nancy & Emily didn't do the detour.  Nancy was tired.
13.  You should learn a little about the language - Kevin & Drew wouldn't had the problem in China at the last leg.
14.    On the Early Show Kevin made a statement about Africa being a country which it is a continent.
